Welcome to Adrenalina! Here you will find comprehensive information on registration requirements, cancellation policies, services offered during your experience, insurance coverage, rules of conduct for vehicle use, and more. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy
  • If a cancellation is requested, the deposit will not be refunded but will remain valid for two years for use on another tour.
  • Cancellations made 71 days or more before departure are free of charge (excluding the deposit terms above).
  • Cancellations made 70-61 days before departure are charged the cost of flight tickets plus the deposit terms above.
  • Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% charge of the total experience cost.
  • Cancellations made within 29 days of departure will result in a 100% charge of the total experience cost.
  • Any changes to the experience schedule are subject to airline approval and may involve additional handling fees per airline policy.
  • Force Majeure: in the event of an exceptional situation such as a pandemic or war (not a military operation) that paralyzes the airport and airlines, the company will cancel the trip and refund the customer, minus the deposit. The deposit remains valid for two years from the cancelled trip date.
  • In the event of a death of a first-degree relative, the customer must provide an official medical certificate. After verification with suppliers, the customer will be refunded, minus the deposit.
Registration and Payment Terms
  • To reserve a vehicle, the customer must make a €1,500 per-person deposit, converted to NIS based on the highest Euro exchange rate on the date of payment.
  • The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation but remains valid for two years for use on another tour, per the cancellation terms above.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 61 days before the experience date, and can be divided into up to three interest-free payments.
  • The registration form is valid for seven calendar days only, based on the Euro exchange rate on the day it was sent. If registration occurs after this period and the rate has changed, pricing will be updated accordingly.
  • The customer has 7 calendar days to transfer the deposit; if not paid in time (and a spot remains available) and the Euro rate has risen, the deposit will be charged at the new rate.
  • After being notified that final payment is due, the customer must complete payment within 48 hours. Failure to do so allows the company to cancel participation and forfeit the deposit.
  • The primary vehicles provided are Porsche convertibles, pre-reserved by booking. In exceptional cases where the assigned vehicle is unavailable, the company will provide the best available alternative, which may not be a convertible.
Experience Terms and Conduct Guidelines
  • Early departure before the experience ends results in full liability for payment with no refund, and the customer bears all additional expenses independently.
  • A customer who leaves their vehicle behind will be charged €2 per kilometer to return it to the company.
  • Respectful, patient conduct is required throughout the experience. Please do not request upgrades or extras directly from suppliers - all requests should go through the Adrenalina team only.
  • Zero-tolerance policy: aggressive or violent behavior, physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. Any customer engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed with no refund.
  • Spa hotels have clear rules: no alcohol or glass bottles by the pool, no smoking anywhere on the premises. Violations result in immediate removal from the trip, and any resulting fines charged to the company will be billed to the customer.
  • Smoking inside company vehicles is strictly prohibited. A first offense results in a warning; repeated violations incur a €500 fine.
Vehicle Use
  • Driving is permitted only for those over 25 years of age, with a valid license and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, including an international permit.
  • Participants aged 21-25 must be accompanied by someone over 35. As a rule, two participants under 30 may not drive together in the same vehicle.
  • A valid physical driving license is mandatory - photos, payment vouchers, or any document other than the original physical license will not be accepted.
  • Smoking inside company vehicles is prohibited - €500 fine and further measures per company policy.
  • Vehicles must not be left unattended while running, and the roof and windows must be closed at the end of each drive.
  • Walkie-talkies provided are the customer's responsibility - a lost unit will be charged at full replacement cost.
  • Any traffic, parking, or other fines received during the trip are the customer's sole responsibility, including handling fees charged by the rental company.
  • Adrenalina is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Each trip has a limited kilometer allowance - any excess is charged at €1 per kilometer, verified at the end of the experience by the Adrenalina and Porsche teams.
  • Any additional cost for vehicle release, towing, or other expense resulting from customer negligence is the customer's full responsibility.
  • Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious offense.
  • The trip is not competitive in nature, and we make sure to clarify this throughout. Driving inconsistent with company policy may result in cancelled participation, and in repeated cases, removal from the trip with no refund and disqualification from future trips.
Luggage
  • Adrenalina's designated luggage vehicle transports luggage between hotels along the route. Adrenalina is not responsible for luggage contents, damage, loss, or theft. We recommend purchasing luggage insurance as part of your personal travel insurance.
  • If luggage is seized by authorities at border crossings or airports, full responsibility for its contents lies with the customer, who must fully cooperate with the authorities.
  • Vehicle inspection at the end of the trip is conducted exclusively by certified Porsche personnel. Neither Adrenalina nor its representatives are authorized to give opinions or approve the vehicle's condition.
Insurance and Vehicle Damage Liability
  • Every vehicle is insured per the laws of the country it was rented in. The deductible in the event of damage or an accident is up to €2,500.
  • Any vehicle damage is charged up to the deductible amount. Assessment is performed by the rental company; once complete, an invoice is issued and the amount is charged to the credit card deposit.
  • We recommend purchasing deductible waiver insurance through an insurance provider - we can advise on the most cost-effective options.
  • There is no insurance coverage for lost or damaged personal belongings. Missing parts, internal damage, and fractures are charged at the full deductible. Undercarriage damage and theft due to negligence are not covered. Smoking damage is charged at the maximum deductible.
  • Do not attach personal accessories to the vehicle, its windshield, or plastic parts.
  • Damage assessment may take between two and six months, and the credit card provided as a deposit may be charged during this period.
Trip Policy and Conduct
  • Each participant receives a trip booklet with points of interest, contact details, and emergency information, and is responsible for keeping and returning it at the end of the trip. In-car radios are for essential communication only.
  • Careful driving is required at all times. All instructions from the Adrenalina team are mandatory. Vehicles must follow the lead car and maintain a safe distance.
  • Hotels, attractions, and the route map may change for reasons beyond Adrenalina's control (hotel occupancy, weather, road closures) - the company will provide equivalent-standard alternatives.
  • Adrenalina is not responsible for outbound or return flight delays or cancellations - full responsibility lies with the airline. In case of a delayed return flight, the company will try to find an alternative, but additional costs (accommodation, meals, transport) are the customer's sole responsibility.
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to road and weather conditions, and the company will make every effort to keep to the planned activities.
Accident or Breakdown
  • In the event of an accident or mechanical failure, the company commits to providing a replacement vehicle within 24 hours, subject to availability, without guaranteeing the same model.
  • Until the replacement vehicle is received, the customer joins Adrenalina's escort vehicle to continue the experience.
  • If no replacement vehicle is provided within 24 hours, the customer will receive one-time compensation (per couple) per the terms detailed in the experience catalog provided at registration.
Porsche Rental Highlights
  • Credit card deposit of €2,500 per vehicle.
  • Lost keys: €2,500. Special cleaning: €250. Smoking in the vehicle: €500.
  • Late return without valid reason: daily rental rate plus 50%. Special delivery service on return: €2.5 per kilometer.
